The hotel was very clean and nice, with a helpful staff providing tour options. The room was well-equipped and the bed comfortable. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. The location was convenient to the subway station.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Room is not large but clean and equipped with everything you need (E.G. bathroom amenities incl. Toothbrush, slippers, cable tv, a safe box). Bed is firm and comfortable. It's very close to a subway station (line no. 2), convenient for visiting the Forbidden City etc. Hotel staff were friendly and spoke English.

Wi-Fi is available in the room but costs rmb 60 per day and not very fast. My room had no view, faced the adjacent rooms. I used the Business Center, charged rmb 10 per page for printing a document.

I like the location which is close to Expo. This is also a great value for money without any chinese surprises :-) The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, trhe service is good.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including pancakes and omelettes made to order. the hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and bus stop, making it easy to explore the city.

The rooms could use some updating, as we noticed some wear and tear. the carpet seemed old, and there wasn't quite enough lighting in the room.

the cleaners are very friendly and does their job well.

there is only 1 manager in the hotel that provides good customer service, he handled our room extension without much hassle and provided good recommendations when we need help with traveling to further areas such as the great wall. the rest of the staff seems like they couldn't be bothered.

During our recent stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were impressed by several aspects that enhanced our comfort and provided us with quality services. the location of this place was very convenient as it is situated right next to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel is also located in the financial district, which was perfect for our business needs.

The efficiency of the air-conditioning was very poor.

The staff could all speak good/basic English. Rooms were spacious and very neat. Airconditioner was amazing in the room. Room service was always there within 10 minutes and very polite. Very happy customers and we will definitely be back in September. Highly recommended.

This hotel has some of the best aspects I’ve experienced in a while. The location is really convenient, as it’s right next to the metro station. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it had all the facilities I needed. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 4 nights. Nice, clean budget hotel. Location close to metro station and many tourist attractions just 3-4 stations away, Reception staff communicate in english and arrage Taxi whenever required in few min, nice variety of western items in breakfast.

Surrounding area and hotel exterior is not very attractive.

Location is really in the middle of the city. You can travel to almost any famous spots in Beijing, via subway, within 10-20 mins. And it's also safe when it's dark cos there are always people walking around the area. Highly recommended!

During my recent trip, I stayed in a hotel located in a prime area of the city. the location was perfect; it was in Dongzhimen district, just 150 metres away from the metro station. It was very convenient to commute through the city using the public transport. the room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities like air, con and TV. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff service was excellent. the facilities provided were value for money with easy access to, and, from the airport via the Fuchengmen station of line 2.

The dining experience was disappointing due to the long wait time for the food.
